Shell Springboard grant of £150,000 up for grabs

Shell Springboard is now open for applications from the UK’s most innovative low-carbon entrepreneurs.

Shell is calling on entrepreneurs with bright ideas for reducing carbon emissions to enter the Shell Springboard programme for a chance to receive a no strings attached grant to help scale-up their businesses.

The national Shell Springboard winner will collect a total grant of £150,000. Further five finalists will each receive £40,000 to help take their businesses to the next stage.

CUPAR REPAIR GRANT SCHEME LAUNCHED

A building repair grant scheme is now launched in Cupar, operated by Fife Council and Fife Historic Buildings Trust and core funded jointly by Historic Scotland, the Heritage Lottery Fund and Fife Council as part of the Cupar Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (CARS) and Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) programme

Applications for 2015 LEAP Grants now being Accepted

Better World Books, a leading socially minded business promoting global literacy, have recently announced that applications for its Literacy and Education in Action Programme (LEAP) Grants for libraries and nonprofits are now open.  Applicants for the LEAP Grant can be awarded up to £1,000 to help support literacy within their communities.
