Buko Business Centre - In Partnership with the Business Community

The Business Centre since its initial conception in 2007 has provided an ideal opportunity for local businesses to expand/contract depending on their space requirements. The flexible approach adopted by the Centre Management and the range of space available, from 7,700 sq. ft. to 67,000 sq. ft. ensures that the vast majority of ongoing requirements can be satisfied.

During the course of the last year the Centre has maintained a focus on working with local businesses in assisting with their growth plans and during the course of 2015 this strategy has continued to be successful with further lettings achieved within the Centre.

Buko is pleased to welcome Textile Care Supplies Ltd, who have recently relocated to Unit 9, providing some 14,000 sq. ft. or thereby. The Unit allowed the business to stay within the immediate locality relocating from their previous base at Whitehill Industrial Estate. In addition to the enhanced space availability, the Company enjoys the benefit of the 24 hour security and the hands on management approach the Business Centre provides. Dennis Jack, MD of Textile Care Supplies Ltd commented; “The approach adopted by Tilly Masterton was ideal and the flexibility in terms of the lease structure going forward ensured that I could match my growth aspirations while still ensuring expenditure at a cost effective level. We are delighted with the space which will ensure that we can continue to grow the business in the forthcoming years”.
