EU Referendum Information Service Now Available Online

A Government backed, online EU Referendum Information Service for business is now available.  This service will provide a web based single point of contact for businesses to access reliable and up-to-date information on how the EU Referendum could affect their business.

In addition to providing information, there will be an enquiry mechanism so businesses can ask questions on possible implications.  These enquiries will be handled by a team within Scottish Enterprise who will either respond directly or refer to other sector organisations as and when appropriate

Canvas Holidays brings the Olympics to Dunfermline

Dunfermline holiday company, Canvas Holidays, is bringing a taste of Rio to Dunfermline this September by staging its very own ‘Family Olympics' as part of the 2016 Festival of Dunfermline on 10th and 11th September.
 
The award winning company, which specialises in package camping holidays, is looking for active local families to take part in the Canvas Holidays Family Olympics, a fun competition that will form part of the programme at the 2nd Annual Festival of Dunfermline, organised by Dunfermline Delivers, in the town's Pittencrieff Park.

Mexio Oil and Gas Trade Mission 2016

Scottish Development International in partnership with UK Trade & Investment, Subsea UK, the Energy Industries Council and the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, is organising an oil & gas trade mission to Mexico. Between September 26 and 29, the delegation will visit Mexico City and the two most important energy hubs in the country: Ciudad del Carmen and Villahermosa. The mission will be focussed on UK exporters whose products/services fit within any of the following strands: subsea technology, drilling and efficiencies, or midstream capabilities.

Free export advice for Fife businesses

Fife firms can access free export advice and learn how to effectively research international markets when the ‘Exporting is GREAT Tour’ makes a stop at the University of St Andrews Gateway Building, North Haugh, St Andrews, on 8 September, 11.30 – 14.00.
