One of the world’s leading golf events, the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship will be staged from October 2-5 on three great links courses - the Old Course St Andrews, Kingsbarns and Carnoustie – with a strong international field which has included Rory McIlroy, Luke Donald, Lee Westwood, Colin Montgomerie and Ernie Els. The event features some of the biggest names from the worlds of entertainment, sport and business teamed with a leading professional golfer. Bill Murray, Samuel L Jackson and Hugh Grant have shared the fairways with sporting greats like Sir Bobby Charlton and Shane Warne.
The tournament remains the only major professional golf event played annually at St Andrews.
