1. Be Different!
If you can sell a product or service that is different from everyone else then you have a better chance of being successful. This is your Unique Selling Point, or USP, but make sure it really is unique. Write in a paragraph what makes your product different, this will help you when you communicate to your customers. Ask yourself why customers should spend their money with me rather than my competitors. Just saying we have good customer service is not enough.
