FORMER DELOITTE PARTNER, MIKE McGREGOR, JOINS COOPER SOFTWARE BOARD

Cooper Software, the fife-based ERP systems integration specialist, has announced that former Deloitte Partner, Mike McGregor, has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.    Since joining Deloitte in 1994, Mr McGregor has advised some of Scotland’s very best high growth, owner managed and private equity-backed businesses. He is also a Non-Executive Director of software company Particle Analytics Ltd and has been a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish Institute for Enterprise Limited (SIE) since 2009.  Commenting on Mr McGregor’s appointment, Cooper Software’s Chairman, George Elliott, said, “We are delighted that Mike will be joining Cooper Software, bringing a wealth of experience and significant market knowledge to the business.
