Scotland has a proud legacy when it comes to exporting. CBI Scotland's Pursuing Prosperity report found that exposing firms to the competitive pressures of international markets not only forces them to become more competitive, but also encourages them to be more innovative - ultimately improving productivity and growth.
This short survey on trade and exports, which takes no more than 10 minutes to complete, aims to establish exporting characteristics in Scotland, any barriers that exist, as well as awareness of the support landscape that is available to businesses in Scotland.
You do not have to respond to all of the questions and incomplete questionnaires will be accepted. All information provided to CBI will be kept confidential. All answers will be aggregated and reported anonymously, and the information gathered will be used for no other purpose.
