25 Years in business and stronger than ever

Innovative packaging provider, Kwikpac, is in its 25th year in business and with a clear and dynamic vision to develop and grow, it continues to evolve. The Kirkcaldy-based business has expanded year-on-year, which is a result of its corporate culture and the growth mindset of every member of its team.  It recently invested in its online offering, launching a new website to provide its customers with a seamless purchasing and delivery service.Laura Mackay of Kwikpac said: “We invest in our staff and encourage personal and business development, as we strongly believe that our success has derived from hard work, dedication and most importantly, our people.” In recent years, the business has collaborated with Business Gateway Fife.  Its business advisers have helped it access a repayable loan to improve IT systems, introduced its management team to useful business mentors and put Kwikpac senior staff forward for a range of business workshops.Laura added: “Recently, we have attended marketing workshops to keep up to date with latest trends and advice, and have also attended business networking events, to meet other businesses and to explore opportunities in the local area.” Kwikpac is currently recruiting as it continues to grow in 2019.  Looking to the future, it is continuing to increase its reach and grow its reputable packaging brands, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus. www.kwikpac.co.uk
