Great service and locally sourced food are two well-recognised ingredients of successful tourism.  Both will be on the menu on 11th November as seminar guests hear about WorldHost customer service and savour a buffet using local Fife produce.  Zest Café in St Andrews is amongst the first Fife businesses to achieve WorldHost accreditation.

New Funding Announced For 2016 Themed Year

£200,000 event fund launched to celebrate Scotland's 2016 Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design.

A brand new £200,000 events fund created to develop activity to celebrate Scotland's achievements in innovation, architecture and design has been launched by EventScotland, part of VisitScotland's Events Directorate. Applications opened on Wednesday 10 June, 2015 for the events and festivals sector across Scotland to apply for a 2016 Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design event grant up to £20,000.

2015 OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP: FIFE BUSINESSES PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Fife Tourism Partnership (FTP) are looking for Fife businesses who are interested in providing discounts or offers which we can in turn, provide to golf fans who will be flocking to Fife for the 2015 Open Championship in St Andrews.

The offers would be presented via a booklet handed out at the Open Championship and can contain incentives such as 10% off purchases with a specific code or "buy two cups of coffee, get one free" etc. By engaging people with such codes, these attractive offers will hopefully lead to an increase in business activity throughout Fife.
