Using or looking to use Sage? Find out more at our Sage User Group Meeting

Wednesday 3 September 2014

Sage accounting software is one of the most widely used accounting packages in the UK with over 800,000 businesses trusting the software to help them run their business.[1]  Many people have experience of using the software but how do you know that you are making the most of its features? Are you using the most up-to-date version or could you benefit from seeing how enhanced features in newer versions could help grow your business?

Local Sage Accountant Partners, Thomson Cooper, have been running a successful Sage User Group for over three years now and Business Gateway Fife are pleased to be hosting the next event on Wednesday 20 August 2014 at our offices in Glenrothes from 3pm to 5pm.

We are offering this unique, free event to any local business using or hoping to use Sage Instant or Sage 50 Accounts software.  The group offers users the opportunity to hear other users’ experiences, pick up hints and tips and develop knowledge of Sage Accounts.  The event will include:

• A review of the newest version of the software – Sage 50 Accounts 2015 (released to customers early August).  This version is heralded as being the most exciting launch in ten years, with a new look and feel to the software as well as enhanced functionality.
• A section on working collaboratively with colleagues and your accountant including a demonstration of the Sage 50 mobile app.
• A review of options available for training and Sage support.
• Top tips – a regular feature of the user group meetings

The event will be presented by Elaine Cromwell, who was recognised by Sage as their ‘Account of the Year’ in 2010 and was also awarded ‘Training Manager of the Year’ at the Scottish Accountancy Awards in 2013.

As spaces are limited, booking is essential to reserve your place at this event.  Please email rscobie@thomsoncooper.com to book your place, quoting reference SUG0814.  Booking deadline is 5pm, 14 August 2014.
